Developing Communities Everywhere Organization (DCE) was founded by Mrs. Bridget Ofosu- Andam on March 20, 2016 and received its not-for profit Ontario incorporation status on August 10, 2020. DCE has created an NPO tailored to offering programming and resources to address various community issues in collaboration with partners and board members.

DCE is committed to empowering and supporting student, lower-income, and minority communities through tailored programming and resources. Our mission is to address the unique needs of each community we work with, focusing on family support, skill building, professional development, and health and wellness initiatives. With our team of dedicated professionals and community partners, we are working to create a world where everyone has access to the resources they need to thrive.
